LusiaFood makes and sells semi-finished food — ready-to-cook meals — alongside catering for events and a lunch delivery service.

The catalog is long. Several styles of pelmeni (boiled dumplings) sit alongside khinkali (Georgian dumplings), one version filled with cheese. There's tolma (stuffed grape or cabbage leaves) and ishli kyufta, a bulgur-shelled meat dumpling also sold with walnut filling. Nrbablit, thin filled crepes, come in versions with meat, with chicken and mushroom, or with cottage cheese and dill. Cutlets round out the list, including three takes on Kievian cutlet — with butter, with cheese, or made from pounded chicken breast.
