M Academy by Mathico - Yerevan, Armenia

M Academy by Mathico is a Yerevan branch of Mathico, a math school founded in New York that has run classes there since 2012. The Yerevan branch opened in September 2022, teaching children starting from 2nd grade in English, using a US education program geared toward math competitions and olympiads.

According to the school, it also runs math clubs in schools across New York, California and Ohio and organizes competitions and olympiads for students elsewhere. In Yerevan, it says classes are free of charge for family members of wounded or fallen Armenian soldiers, a program it credits to donors Global Invest and Vardges Avetisyan.

The school is in Yerevan, roughly 1 km east of the city center (straight-line).
