Mankunq
Манкунк · Մանկունք
Mankunq rises to 2,927 meters on the border between the Ararat and Gegharkunik regions, part of the mountain range that carries the same name. It sits in the upper reaches of the Vedi river, about 21 km northeast of the village of Urtsadzor.
There's no built infrastructure or trail information on record here — this is a summit marked mainly by its elevation and its position on the regional boundary.
The peak lies roughly 50 km east-southeast of Yerevan in a straight line, straddling Ararat and Gegharkunik regions, 21 km northeast of Urtsadzor village.
At nearly 2,930 meters, snow cover into late spring and exposed terrain year-round make this a summer-and-early-autumn destination for anyone attempting the summit.
