Margats

Margats (Մարգաց) is a spring located near the village of Noravank, in the Vayots Dzor region. It's classified among the area's springs and hot springs, a category that turns up often in this stretch of southern Armenia.

Beyond its location, little is documented about Margats — no recorded elevation, no visitor facilities, no folklore attached to it in available sources. It stands simply as a named water point on the map of Noravank's surroundings.

Margats sits in the Vayots Dzor region, near the village of Noravank, roughly 87 km southeast of Yerevan (straight-line).
