Armenia Marriott Hotel Yerevan operates in Kentron, Yerevan's central district, and has done so under one roof since 1958 — though not always under this name. It opened that year as the Armenia Hotel, a state-owned enterprise run through the Soviet period.
After the Soviet Union's collapse, the hotel was privatized in 1998. A major renovation followed, and in 1999 it reopened as the Armenia Marriott Hotel Yerevan, part of the international Marriott brand.
The building is included on Kentron district's list of historical and cultural monuments. It runs 24/7 as a hotel today.
