Mataghadzor

Mataghadzor is a mountain summit in Armenia's Syunik region, rising 2,916 meters within the Zangezur mountain system. It stands on the right bank of the Gizhget river, about 4.5 km west of the village of Tsghuni.
There's little more on record about it beyond its position and height — a marker peak in a range better known for its neighbors than for itself.
The peak sits in Syunik region, roughly 151 km southeast of Yerevan in a straight line, near the village of Tsghuni.
