Mer Soft LLC

Mer Soft LLC is a Yerevan-based developer of business management software. Its product line covers resource planning (ERP), CRM, HR management and business-process-automation systems, plus software built for specific sectors: restaurants and cafes, hotels and health resorts, dental clinics, and pharmacies.

According to the company's own site, its process starts with studying a client's requirements and business operations before any software is built, and it states its goal as cutting clients' costs and increasing their revenue — claims made by the company itself, not independently verified.

The site also lists offerings for education (kindergartens, schools, universities), tourism, retail trade, manufacturing and warehousing, and finance and banking, along with a blog covering HR, marketing, and business automation topics.
