Mergelyan Hub

Office space is offered by floor area, and the management body cites over 20 years of experience working with around 200 high-tech companies.

The surrounding area, as listed by the business, includes parks, fast food outlets, banks, gyms, medical centers, shopping areas, schools and kindergartens, along with the Barekamutyun metro station nearby.
