Metric AI Lab is an applied AI research lab in Yerevan. It works on two fronts. One is applied AI: building AI products for enterprise and growth-stage clients on frontier APIs and on-premise open models. That includes voice agents, generative AI and retrieval systems (RAG), and custom model training.

The other is research. Here the lab trains and fine-tunes its own models instead of relying only on third-party APIs. Current work centers on physical AI — world models, robotic failure detection, and benchmark design.

The lab says it has delivered more than 100 projects and worked in production AI for over 8 years. It also reports placing first on two benchmarks, ViDoRe and ArmBench, and having papers accepted at EACL 2026 and submitted to NeurIPS 2026 — both AI research conferences.

It's open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.
