Metrum Invest

Metrum Invest is a Yerevan real estate developer that builds and sells apartments in the capital and other regions of Armenia. Its own marketing describes the units as energy-efficient — a claim from the company's promotional material, not independently verified.

Its one listed project, Eden Park, sits in the Arinj district, in Yerevan's raised northeastern part. The plot covers about 130,000 square meters. Plans call for 2,500 residences, ranging from 30 to 125 square meters, with a delivery date set for November 30, 2026.

Arman Melkonyan directs the company. Its office keeps hours of Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00.
