MIA Educational Complex of the Republic of Armenia

The MIA Educational Complex of the Republic of Armenia — ՀՀ ոստիկանության կրթահամալիր, the Police Educational Complex of the Republic of Armenia — is the training body of Armenia's Ministry of Internal Affairs. It runs two main educational units: one for police cadets, one for rescue service and civil defense personnel.

Behind those two units sits a whole administrative layer: departments for curriculum organization and continuing education, scientific research and innovation, international cooperation and public relations, information technology, quality assurance, human resources, finance, and procurement, plus a secretariat. A management council and the complex's rector sit above all of it.

The complex also runs a police history museum and a legal clinic, and publishes a staff newspaper called "Pativ Unem." Nothing in its own published material says whether the museum or clinic take outside visitors. News on the site runs to enrollment results and class schedules — this is a working training institution for police and rescue staff, not a public attraction.

The complex is in Yerevan, roughly 6 km west-southwest of central Yerevan in a straight line.
