Modern

Modern is a home-and-DIY retailer in Yerevan specializing in ceramic sanitary ware. It sells washbasins, toilets, bidets, and cisterns alongside mixer taps for kitchens, bathtubs, and shower systems, plus bathroom furnishings like mirrors and sink cabinets and kitchen sinks in stainless steel or granite.

Company records list 2004 as its founding year; the store's own website states it was established in 2001. Either way, it has operated as a wholesale and retail supplier of bathroom and kitchen fixtures for over two decades, with Levon Harutyunyan as General Director and David Harutyunyan as Executive Director.

The shop takes credit and debit cards, supports contactless payment, and offers delivery. It's open daily from 10:00 to 19:00.

Modern sits about 1 km east of central Yerevan in a straight line, within the Yerevan municipality itself — no separate town or marz travel required.
