Modern Art Museum of Kapan

The Modern Art Museum of Kapan is a branch of the Modern Art Museum of Yerevan, opened in 1990 in the town of Kapan.
Its founding came through the initiative of Henrik Igityan, an honored figure in Armenian art, with support from local authorities.
The museum is in the town of Kapan, Syunik region, about 194 km east-southeast of Yerevan as the crow flies.
