Modulex Group

Modulex Group runs architecture and construction services in Yerevan and elsewhere in Armenia, covering design, renovation and building work from planning through completion. The company, led by director Khachatur Mikayelyan, says it has completed more than 450 projects since 2018.

Its website lists sample work: a multi-function residential building in Yerevan's Nor Nork Mayak district, a private house project in Kanaqeravan in Kotayk region, and a two-story house planned for the Areni community in Vayots Dzor. The site also offers an online construction cost calculator and a mortgage calculator for clients budgeting a build.

Modulex Group's office is in Yerevan, about 4 km northeast of the city (straight-line).
