"Moskovyan Passage" Elite Multifunctional Residential Complex

Moskovyan Passage is a residential and commercial complex in central Yerevan. It rises four to thirteen floors, with four entrances — two on Moskovyan Street, two on Spendiaryan. Fifty-two apartments fill the building, ranging from 113 to 500 square meters. Most floors hold two apartments per entrance; the first Moskovyan entrance has just one.

The developer says the building meets seismic resistance of nine points, plus standard fire-safety codes. Underground, the -1 floor is set aside for commercial use, while floors -2 and -3 are designated for residents. A winery on floor -2 is for residents only.

The first three floors above ground are commercial space. VTB Bank Armenia occupies that area. The developer describes the design as combining Tamanyan-style ornament with modern architecture.
