Motkan

Motkan is a city-site (an abandoned settlement marked by ruins) on the northern edge of Ujan village in Aragatsotn region. What survives is a fortress, formally listed among the immovable history and culture monuments of Ujan.
Beyond its listing status, little else is documented about the site.
Motkan sits in Aragatsotn region, on the north side of Ujan village, roughly 30 km west-northwest of Yerevan in a straight line.
