Mountea makes herbal tea in Yerevan, blending leaves and flowers grown in three highland regions of Armenia. The company started in 2016.
According to its own site, the herbs come from Vayots Dzor, Gegharkunik and Tavush. The company describes blends built around mint, chamomile and thyme, and says it picked these for traditional uses — mint and chamomile for digestion, thyme and mint for stress, thyme for coughs. None of that is independently verified here; it's Mountea's own description of its products.
The teas are sold in stores across Armenia, per the company.
Mountea is in Yerevan, about 3 km east-northeast of the city center (straight-line).
