National Centre of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

The National Centre of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, or NCIE, lists a working set of programs on its own site: business support schemes, a compensation program, and a technology transfer office aimed at moving research into practical use.

It also runs a section called Brain Gain, alongside a general library and a separate scientific-technical library, plus an NGO database for organizations working in the same space.

Beyond these named programs and resources, its site offers a partners list, a representatives section, and an events calendar — but no figures on staff, funding, or results are given.

NCIE is in Yerevan, Yerevan region — ~3 km north of Yerevan (straight-line).
