The National Information Center for Academic Recognition and Mobility (NICARM) Fund is a Yerevan-based body set up in 2006 to handle the recognition of academic and professional qualifications. It advises on how foreign diplomas and degrees are evaluated against Armenia's education system and labor market, and it offers information and consultation services to people navigating that process.
The center also works the other direction, supporting recognition of Armenian qualifications abroad, and takes part in Bologna Process activities tied to qualification recognition conventions and related Armenian legislation. Gayane V. Harutyunyan directs the organization.
NICARM is located in Yerevan, about 1 km southeast of the city center (straight-line).
