NGO Center

NGO Center is based in Vanadzor, Lori region, and works with civil society organizations (independent, non-governmental groups) through projects, training programs, and advocacy support. It was founded in 2005 and is chaired by Arpine Hakobyan.

Its activities, drawn from its own project listings, include youth forums, study visits for advocacy training, joint workshops with communities near Dilijan National Park, and public discussions on topics like CSO financial sustainability, tax code changes, and participatory budgeting. The center also engages with state bodies such as the National Assembly and the Ministry of Finance on policy discussions affecting non-profit organizations.

The office is open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00, and lists wheelchair-accessible seating.
