Nor Tun Bnakeli Hamalir

Nor Tun Bnakeli Hamalir ("New Home" residential complex) is a housing development in Yerevan. It's a joint project of two companies: the Nor Tun store network, which has imported and sold construction materials in Armenia for over 20 years and now runs 21 retail outlets nationwide, and ML Mining, a company active in mining and construction.

ML Mining's other developments include Avan Towers, Nor Yerevan, Aygyner Premium, Dalma Hills, and Griboyedov Premium. Beyond the names of the two builders, no details on unit types, size, or amenities are available.

This sits in Yerevan itself, roughly 5 km east of the city center (straight-line).
