Northern Ray 2 - Villas by Elite Group Armenia

Northern Ray 2 is a villa district on the edge of Yerevan, built by Elite Group Armenia as a follow-on to its earlier Northern Ray 1 project. The company's plans called for 27 villas split across four house types, labeled A, B, C and D.

According to the developer, the villas use a monolithic reinforced concrete frame. Ceiling heights are given as 3.6 m for the first and second floors of types A, B and C, with a 3 m basement; type D carries 3.3 m ceilings on every floor. Elite Group states the doors and windows are European-made, and that garages hold two cars for types A, B and C, one car for type D.

The company's site lists all the private houses in the district as sold.

The district sits within Yerevan, roughly 3 km north of the city center in a straight line.
