Old School Apartment by Abastan Coworking

Old School Apartment by Abastan Coworking is a self-catering rental unit in Dsegh, Lori province, listed on Airbnb by the Tumanyan Development Foundation. The listing describes it plainly: one bedroom, a basic kitchen, and an unrenovated bathroom, kept in what the host calls original Soviet condition.

It's offered as a budget option down the street from the Abastan coworking space, aimed at guests who want an affordable, unpolished place to stay rather than a renovated one. Check-in is self-service via lockbox, and the unit includes an ethernet connection and free on-street parking. Sleeps up to 2 guests.

The apartment is in Dsegh, Lori province, about 93 km north of Yerevan in a straight line.
