Old Winery
старая винодельня · Հին գինեգործարան
Old Winery is a restaurant in Dilijan's old center, opened in September 2020 inside a building from 1870 that once belonged to the merchant Aslanov. In the early Soviet period a winery operated there, which gave the restaurant its name and concept. The interior was restored toward its older appearance.
The menu covers regional cooking in sections for lamb, beef, soups, and fish and seafood — pumpkin cream soup with seafood, baked mussels, lemon garlic butter scallops among them. There's a wine list, a cocktail menu, and coffee, with service through breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Outdoor seating and live music are on offer, plus a children's menu and vegetarian dishes. It takes reservations, accepts card payment, and has a free parking lot as well as street parking.
Old Winery is in the town of Dilijan, in Tavush region, roughly 69 km north-northeast of Yerevan in a straight line.
