Parajanov Club House

Parajanov Club House is a residential complex above Yerevan's Hrazdan canyon (a river gorge cutting through the city). Its developer calls it the first "club house" project in Armenia — a term for housing that pairs apartments with shared amenities on site.

The developer's own material describes apartments across a number of floors, with parking levels below and a pool among the shared facilities. Marketing for the project also plays up its outlook toward the canyon and, beyond it, Mount Ararat.
