State Property Management Committee
Комитет по управлению государственным имуществом · Պետական գույքի կառավարման կոմիտե
The State Property Management Committee manages state-owned property in Armenia — deciding what gets sold, rented out or auctioned off. Its chairman, per the committee's own records, is Arnak Avetisyan.
The committee's public listings cover several distinct tracks: rental tenders and alienation (sale) tenders for state property, auctions for vehicles, auctions for real estate, and sales of other movable property, often run through the Property Valuation and Auction Center. It also publishes protocols for auctions that failed to take place, along with the laws, decisions and orders governing its work.
Beyond auctions, the committee posts staff vacancy notices, competition results, and guidance documents for the public, and it takes questions from citizens directly.
Contact is available by phone and email, alongside the committee's own website.
