Premium Credit UCO is a credit organization based in Yerevan, run by director Karen Karakhanyan. It lends against collateral: gold and diamond items, cars (including electric vehicles), and residential real estate, covering purchase, construction and renovation.
Per its own published rates, a consumer loan secured by an electric vehicle runs at 19% for up to 5 years, and a car-secured loan carries the same 19% rate and 5-year term. Residential renovation loans start from 10.9% for up to 20 years, and home or house-construction loans start from 9.8%. Commercial loans for legal entities start from 15% for up to 7 years.
The office is open Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 17:30.
