Renaissance Premium

Renaissance Premium Home is a residential development in Yerevan built around two apartment towers. One block runs 39 constructive floors with 29 residential, the other 35 floors with 25 residential, together holding 420 apartments and 800 parking spaces. The project also sets aside 18 zones for public services within the complex.

Planned amenities include a food court, three cinema halls, an ice rink, a winter garden, a children's entertainment center with its own children's railway, and a bowling alley. Guests get a separate underground parking area sized for 200 cars.

The buildings are designed for centralized heating and cooling, billed per resident according to individual meters. A service charge of 187 AMD per square meter is set to cover elevator upkeep, cleaning of shared areas, heating and cooling of common spaces, lighting, and video surveillance.

The project sits in Yerevan, roughly 3 km west of the city center in straight-line distance.
