Richter-Lambron JV Co. Ltd is a pharmaceutical wholesaler in Yerevan. It was formed by the Armenian firm Lambron-Pharmimpex and the Hungarian company Gedeon Richter; by its own account, the joint venture dates to 1994, though company records list 1998 as its founding year.
The firm receives, stores and sells medicines, medical equipment and related products, supplying pharmacies, distribution companies and medical institutions across Armenia. It says it now works with more than 50 manufacturers, and that its price list covers around 5,000 items — medicines, cosmetics and other goods — brought in directly or through local partners.
