Salerd
Салерк · Սալերք
Salerd marks the highest point of the Kotman mountains, rising 1,268 m on the border between Tavush and Lori regions. It sits in the upper reaches of the Kolb river, about 4 km south of Archis village. The slopes carry patches of forest, though not continuously.
There's little more on record about Salerd beyond its place in the local terrain — a border peak known mainly to those tracking the region's ridgelines and river sources.
Salerd lies in Tavush region, near Archis village, roughly 110 km north-northeast of Yerevan in a straight line.
Forested sections of the slopes suggest cooler, shaded conditions in summer, though no seasonal access details are recorded.
