Sep is a mountain summit in the Tsoghasar range, in Armenia's Shirak region, rising to 2,449 meters. It sits about 3 km northeast of the village of Hovtun.
The peak carries several alternate names in older records and local usage: Chisili, Chivili, Chivilisip, Sip, and Syup.
Sep lies in Shirak region, roughly 107 km north-northwest of Yerevan as the crow flies, near the village of Hovtun.
