Sevan Botanical Garden

Sevan Botanical Garden dates to 1944 and sits near the Tsamakaberd neighborhood of Sevan town. It functions as a branch of the Yerevan Botanical Garden, operating under the supervision of the Armenian National Academy of Sciences.

That's the extent of what's documented about it — a research satellite rather than a standalone attraction, tied administratively to the capital's larger garden.

The garden is in Gegharkunik region, in Sevan town, near the Tsamakaberd neighborhood — about 57 km northeast of Yerevan as the crow flies.

As a botanical garden, it will show the most plant life in spring and summer months.
