Sharuqar

Sharuqar rises to 1,439 meters among the eastern spurs of the Meghri mountains in Syunik region. It sits about 2 kilometers northeast of Shikahogh village. The slopes are forested from base to summit, one of the wooded peaks that make up this stretch of the Meghri range.

There's little else on record about Sharuqar beyond its position and height — a modest peak known locally rather than a marked destination.

Sharuqar lies in Syunik region near Kapan, roughly 207 km southeast of Yerevan as the crow flies. The peak sits just northeast of Shikahogh village.
