Shat.am sells desktop computers, laptops, monitors, headsets and related accessories from an address on Vazgen I street (the building numbered 2-37, formerly known as Kasyan 2). The business has operated since 2012.

It offers delivery across Armenia — within Yerevan orders arrive in one working day, and to the regions in one to two days via HayPost. The shop also runs an installment payment scheme through ACBA Bank, with approval handled by the bank itself.

It's open seven days a week, 10:00 to 19:00, and takes cash, cards and contactless payment. Parking is available both on the street and in a lot nearby, with free and paid options for each.
