Surb Stepanos Church Rind

Only the foundation walls of Surb Stepanos Church remain today. It was a 10th-century Armenian apostolic church, built in the village of Verin Ulgyur, then part of the Vayots Dzor district of historic Syunik province.
Nothing above ground level survives — the walls that are left mark the outline of the church's base rather than any of its original structure.
The site lies in Vayots Dzor region, near the town of Areni and north-east of Rind village, roughly 71 km southeast of Yerevan in a straight line.
