Spitak Tnak LLC is a Yerevan construction company founded in 2001 by Stepan Andrushi Akhoyan, offering residential and public complex construction along with architectural, structural, design and renovation work.
Among the projects the company lists as its own: construction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building, the Yerevan Mall retail and entertainment center, and the hotel complex now known as 88, previously the Golden Palace. It also lists general residential and public building construction among its activities.
Its current project is "Nairi," a residential and public complex on Georgian Street in Yerevan's Arabkir district. The company describes it as five buildings — blocks A and B at 12 floors, C and D at 14 floors, and E at 16 floors — with 422 apartments of two to four rooms starting from 51 square meters. Plans include a three-level underground parking area for 330 cars, public service space and a separate green courtyard.
The company is currently led by director Tigran Sahakyan.
