Syrovarnya

Syrovarnya (the name is Russian for "creamery") is a restaurant chain built around cheese-based dishes, with its main Yerevan location at 2 Vazgena Sargsyana Street on Republic Square. It's open daily from 08:00 to 24:00.

The menu covers breakfast through dinner, with coffee, cocktails, wine and beer, desserts and vegetarian options listed among what's served. There's a veranda for outdoor seating, and the place is set up for groups and for families with children — dogs are allowed too. Parking is free, both in a lot and on the street, and tables can be booked ahead.

The company runs a second Yerevan location on Northern Avenue, part of a wider chain with restaurants in other cities and its own delivery service.

This location sits in central Yerevan, on Republic Square itself — no separate journey from the city is needed to reach it.
