Target Develompent

Target Development is a real estate investment and development company based in Yerevan, founded in 2010. It works with institutional and private investors on office, residential, retail and mixed-use properties, and says it has built a track record of value growth and leasing revenue since then.

The company also says it offers developers a chance to invest in a multifunctional complex still under construction. Its featured property is Piazza Grande, a mixed-use development. It says it works alongside local firms in finance, brokerage and relocation to serve clients in the Armenian market.

Lilit H. Poghosyan is listed as Real Estate Manager. The office runs weekdays, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.

This is a Yerevan address, in Yerevan town and region — ~0 km southwest of Yerevan (straight-line), meaning it sits within the city itself.
