Tavushi Mountains

The Tavush Mountains form a 38-kilometer ridge in Armenia's Tavush region, part of the northern branches of the Miapor mountain system. The range acts as the watershed dividing the Tavush and Khndzoruit river basins.
Its highest point is Metslanj mountain. Beyond its length and position as a watershed, little else is documented about the range.
The range sits in Tavush region, roughly 98 km northeast of Yerevan in a straight line.
