Tavush castle

Tavush castle, also known as Tslik Amram castle, is a medieval fortress on the right bank of the Tavush river, at the edge of Berd. It stood in the Tavush district of the historical Utik province of Greater Armenia.
Beyond its location and the two names it carries, little else about the fortress is documented.
Tavush castle stands on the edge of Berd, in Tavush region — ~108 km northeast of Yerevan (straight-line).
