TEHKK SNCO

TEHKK SNCO (Video and Photo Recording Electronic Systems Management Center) is a state non-commercial organization headquartered in the Arinj locality of Abovyan. According to its own site, the center's job is managing technical equipment — video cameras, photo cameras, speed-detection devices — used to identify and record crimes and administrative violations.

The organization describes its mission as supporting road safety across Armenia through this equipment and improving crime-detection rates. Its director is listed as Artur Avetisyan.

This is an administrative and technical body rather than a public-facing site — there's no visitor information attached to the address itself.
