THE COLLEGIUM OF BUSINESS-MANAGERS ON BANKRUPTCY Self-Regulatory Organization (SRO)

The Collegium of Business-Managers on Bankruptcy is a self-regulatory organization (SRO) based in Yerevan. It groups bankruptcy managers operating under Armenia's law on bankruptcy and organizes their oversight through an observer council, a disciplinary commission, an audit commission, and an executive body.

The organization publishes its charter, internal regulations, and meeting minutes on its site, along with a registry of managers and links to the relevant Armenian legislation, including the law on bankruptcy and the law on auctions. It also issues annual reports and news updates for members and courts working with bankruptcy cases.
