Theater aft. A. Kharazyan runs as a state theater in the Ararat region. Its history starts in 1934. That year, a state regional troupe began performing in Ghamarlu, a run that lasted until 1956.
In January 1956, that troupe was reorganized under its current name, honoring Amo Kharazyan. It's also known as the Artashat State Theater, or the Amo Kharazyan Interregional Theater.
