Tigranes the Great statue

This is a monument to Tigranes the Great, set inside Tigran Mets park in the Nor Nork district of Yerevan. It went up in 2004.

There's not much more on record about it — no plaques, backstory, or added detail beyond its location and installation date. It functions as a neighborhood landmark within the park that carries the king's name.

The statue sits within Yerevan city limits, in the Nor Nork district, about 5 km east-northeast of the city center (straight-line).
