This monument, titled "To the innocent victims of the Assyrian people in 1915," stands in the third section of Yerevan's Circular Park, on the plot bounded by Nalbandyan and Isahakyan streets. It was installed in 2015.

The available historical record for this site describes a different dedication: a monument to Yezidi victims, built at the initiative of Amo Sharoyan, president of the "Media-Shangal" Yezidi National Union NGO, in cooperation with the Yerevan municipality.

The inscribed title and the documented history point to two different communities. Both are recorded here as they stand.
