Top Buildings is a 16-story apartment complex being developed at 9/2 Ashkhabad Street in Yerevan's Avan district. The developer offers 118 apartments across a total of 1,980 square meters, with unit sizes from 43.7 to 160.3 square meters and layouts of one to five rooms; floor height is listed at 3 meters.
