Ucom

This is a Ucom service point, one of the walk-in offices the fixed-line and mobile operator runs for account and equipment matters in Yerevan. Ucom describes itself as offering fixed and mobile connectivity services across Armenia, including home internet, mobile plans, television through its Uplay platform, and international calling.

Staff here handle the kind of business you can't always finish by phone or app — topping up accounts, sorting out equipment, or switching plans. Payment by credit or debit card is accepted on site.

The office keeps regular weekday and weekend hours: Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 20:00, Sunday 10:00 to 19:00.

This office sits in Yerevan, about 4 km south-southeast of the city center in a straight line.
