UP&UP Business Center

UP&UP Business Center is an office building in Yerevan that rents out spaces from 25 to 335 square meters, with pricing set by package tier. The operator markets the building as newly built with a distinctive exterior — that's the company's own description, not a verified detail.

The Standard package starts at 10,000 AMD per square meter (VAT included) and covers individually controlled heating, air conditioning and ventilation; a high-speed internet connection with two backup lines reaching up to 100 Mbps; a shared reception desk; one outdoor parking space; backup power lines with a generator for the whole building; and 24/7 security with video monitoring, fire alarm and sound alarm systems, plus a guard on site. It also includes small private rooms for phone calls, a coffee room on every floor, cleaning of common areas, and access to an outdoor green zone.

The Standard+ package raises the rate to 12,000 AMD per square meter (VAT included), on the same set of services.

The center sits in Yerevan, about 6 km northwest of the city center (straight-line).
