Urartu

Urartu Training Centre is the training ground and academy base of FC Urartu, an Armenian football club. It sits inside Yerevan. The complex holds the club's main stadium, three additional full-size pitches, mini football pitches, and an indoor training facility.

The ground does double duty, serving both the first team and the academy that develops young players for it. Rafael Nazaryan, a former Armenian footballer, currently runs the academy as technical director.

This isn't a tourist stop.

It's a working training site. Anyone hoping to watch a session or visit the academy should contact the club directly rather than turn up unannounced.

Urartu Training Centre is located within Yerevan itself, so there's no separate journey from the capital. Exact access and directions are best checked directly with the club.
