VANADZOR BASIC SCHOOL № 12 NAMED AFTER YEGHISHE CHARENTS State Non-Profit Organization (SNPO)

Vanadzor Basic School № 12 takes its name from the poet Yeghishe Charents and operates as a state non-profit organization under Armenia's Ministry of Education and Science, with the Armenian government as its founder. Its charter gives the school's address as Shirakatsi Street 23a in Vanadzor.

The school is led by director Marine Hovakimyan and can be reached by phone. Beyond the charter, no record of student numbers, founding date, or building history is available — the school's own website mostly reproduces its founding statute rather than day-to-day program details.

The school is in Vanadzor, the main town of Lori region in northern Armenia.
